NH Senate Race-Endorsement for Paul Hodes

An endorsement from the Planned Parenthood Action Fund, the political arm of Planned Parenthood Federation of America, says to thousands of our supporters in New Hampshire that we have a proven leader who will look out for our interests.
Paul Hodes, is a passionate champion for New Hampshire women and families. Planned Parenthood’s Action Fund is proud to support Paul Hodes for the following reasons:
- Hodes fought to eliminate funding for ineffective “Abstinence-Only” sex education.
- Hodes believes medical decisions should be made between a patient and doctor, free from government intervention–he will ensure the rights guaranteed by Roe v. Wade remain protected.
- Hodes was the only Senate candidate calling out Republican opponents for supporting health care proposals that lower costs only by slashing protections that require coverage for vital health care needs, such as mammograms and ob-gyn coverage.
- Hodes vehemently fought to remove the Stupak amendment from the health care reform bill making its way through Congress.
